Challenge
Build a streetwear brand that’s more than fashion—emotionally grounded, culturally resonant, and purpose-driven. Born from my experience growing up in a single-parent home, LVMVMT had to feel both authentic and aspirational in a crowded market.
Approach
I launched LVMVMT as a love-first movement disguised as streetwear. From the name and voice to design and storytelling, everything was rooted in emotion and identity. Using print-on-demand to test the concept, I crafted collections like “Rosie” (honoring single mothers), “Core” (places that shaped us), and “LOUD” (bold and unapologetic), each telling a deeper story. The brand emphasized community, partnering with nonprofits and creating apparel that felt like cultural armor.
Outcome
In less than a year, LVMVMT made over $6K in sales with no ad spend, proving the message resonates. Next step: move to in-house production, grow the team, and scale into a cultural force—where every drop is a love letter and every piece sparks conversation.
